Description
Ylang Ylang is a tropical evergreen tree with large shiny ovate leaves, and long narrow flowers. The flowers change color as they mature from pale green to deep yellow. The trees have 2 main flowering periods, however flowers can effectively be collected all year round. Optimum yield per tree is obtained when the trees are between four and thirty years old. The life span of the trees are generally forty to fifty years.

Therapeutic Properties: Ylang Ylang has aphrodisiac, antidepressant, antispasmodic, antiseptic, cicatrizant, circulatory stimulant, euphoric, hypotensive, nervine and sedative properties.
