Description
Geranium is a bushy shrub with hairy, serrated, heart-shaped leaves and many flowers. There are over 700 varieties of cultivated geranium; however, most are grown for ornamental purposes. The oil producing species are Pelargonium odorantissimum, Pelargonium radens and Pelargonium graveolens, with Pelargonium graveolens being the main commercial variety.

Therapeutic Properties: Geranium antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, astringent, cicatrizant, deodorant, diuretic, fungicidal, hemostatic, styptic, vermifuge and vulnerary properties.
